About The Position

Perficient is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support a client’s Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) team. This hands-on role connects business needs with team delivery by shaping and prioritizing the backlog, writing user stories, facilitating Agile delivery, and ensuring committed features are delivered. The role also supports AEM content migration alongside the feature roadmap. The consultant works closely with client product and marketing stakeholders, AEM developers and architects, QA, and UX. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, maintaining clear documentation, coordinating testing and business acceptance, tracking delivery commitments, and communicating progress, risks, and upcoming work. The position also supports the business aspects of content migration. This includes defining migration scope, conducting content inventories and audits, documenting mapping rules and decisions, planning migration waves, validating migrated content, coordinating sign-off, and supporting cutover and go-live activities. Perficient describes its work environment as collaborative and says it values every voice and is committed to a diverse and inclusive workforce. Full-time employees receive competitive compensation, paid time off and holidays, and access to rewards and recognition programs, including billable bonus opportunities.

  • Ensure agreed client features are delivered, tested, accepted, and released on time.
  • Support UAT by preparing test scenarios, coordinating with business users, and obtaining sign-off.
  • Document functional requirements, process flows, and decisions.
  • Report delivery status, progress, risks, and upcoming work to delivery leadership and client stakeholders.
  • Help improve team practices, including story quality, estimation, and handoffs.
