We are looking for an accomplished Senior Administrator to join our team as part of our financial services business in Montreal. The Senior Administrator supports the RTA team. Its tactical responsibilities feed one larger objective: will be responsible for assisting in the provision of share registrar and transfer agency services. The successful candidate will form part of the shareholder services team and be expected to assist with supervising junior staff.

Requirements

  • at least three years’ direct experience working in shareholder services and understand local confidentiality, anti-money laundering and relevant regulatory FATCA/CRS requirements
  • an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications and the ability to use initiative and work well under pressure to meet deadlines
  • attention to detail, professionalism and excellent organizational and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • responsible for setting up investors and related parties
  • entering orders for subscriptions, redemptions, share transfers, dividend payments and NAVs
  • processing wire payments and developing effective working relations with clients and responding promptly and professionally to client queries
