Nice To Haves

  • The Individual may be required to work “full time in office” or they might have the option to follow Hershey’s “Best of Both” approach that allows remote work on Mondays and Fridays only.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Vice President and Sr Directors calendars by prioritizing schedules and meetings.
  • Assist in planning and organizing meetings by taking responsibility for assembling the agenda, location, meeting technology (Teams) based on participant needs, and all other meeting logistics including on site room setup/ meal coordination / external support. May further prepare meeting briefing documents by taking notes, summarizing through copilot and disseminating notes and formulating post-meeting action item lists.
  • Manage logistics including off-site meetings, booking rooms in 3rd party locations, and incorporating travel time and juggling logistics as appropriate physically at the offsite location.
  • Act as a proxy for communications and approvals as authorized. This includes interfacing with internal and external senior executives. The candidate be able to answer general questions as necessary and refer routine matters to appropriate parties and follow-up to ensure proper disposition.
  • Support department leaders in coordination and scheduling of travel arrangements and process expense reports for Vice President.
  • Data Analytics experience including using generative AI in optimizing communication.
  • Strong Proficiency/Aptitude with learning software/databases/dashboards/scorecards
  • Support department with administrative tasks and analytical support as needed
  • High proficiency in creating Power Point decks for internal meetings with senior leaders.
  • Support BOD presentation prep with onsite collaboration with key leaders including EC members.
