We are looking to add a highly organized and detail-oriented Senior Administrative Assistant to support members of the senior leadership team at CesiumAstro. This role will serve as a dedicated partner, responsible for managing complex calendars, coordinating domestic and international travel, preparing executive materials, and ensuring seamless day to day support for senior leadership. The ideal candidate brings strong judgment, discretion, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 7 years of progressive administrative experience is required.
  • Associate’s degree required.
  • Outstanding organization skills, with solid attention to detail and critical thinking.
  • Prior experience managing complex travel arrangements and coordination of calendars for meeting management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interface confidently with senior leadership and external stakeholders.
  • Strong professional presence, sound judgment, and the ability to operate independently in a dynamic environment.
  • The ability to work as part of a team and to build strong working relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience providing direct support to mid to senior level leadership teams is preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Experience supporting Finance, Revenue, or Sales leadership is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Complete expense reports and manage related documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
  • Provide dedicated administrative support to senior leaders, ensuring priorities are managed efficiently and proactively.
  • Own and strategically manage complex calendars, including prioritization of meetings, conflict resolution, and alignment across multiple stakeholders and time zones.
  • Coordinate detailed domestic and international travel arrangements, including multi-leg itineraries and real-time adjustments as needed.
  • Support the preparation and coordination of materials, including agendas, presentations, reporting summaries, and confidential communications, ensuring accuracy, formatting, and timely distribution.
  • Act as a liaison between leaders and internal/external stakeholders, exercising sound judgment and discretion.
  • Anticipate needs, proactively remove obstacles, and support operational effectiveness as the company scales.
