About The Position

This position focuses on higher-level administrative operations, program evaluation, complex data reporting, and advanced technical oversight of the USTDA Business Center and conference spaces.

Requirements

  • College degree required in Business, Information Management, or related field/certifications.
  • Minimum of 10 years of administrative management or relevant information systems experience.
  • Advanced proficiency in AV content editing, database management, and IT troubleshooting.
  • U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance.

Responsibilities

  • Create and edit professional audio-visual content, including presentations and video layouts, for high-level delegation events and agency training sessions.
  • Supervise the physical and technical setup of all seven agency conference rooms and the Business Center.
  • Troubleshoot deep-level microphone, monitor, and teleconferencing connectivity failures.
  • Evaluate administrative program effectiveness, recommend process improvements, and update organizational policies/procedures.
  • Serve as the on-site point of contact to schedule and guide technical repair visits with the audio-visual subcontractor, routing all requirements through the COR.
  • Generate complex program, financial, and statistical reports from agency databases (SharePoint, TDAMIS) for inclusion in the USTDA Annual Report and public website.
