Requirements

4–6+ years of progressive accounts payable experience, ideally within a shared services environment.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel.
Experience with Concur, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar enterprise financial systems.
Strong working knowledge of Concur, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar financial systems.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Self-starter and autonomous.
Pressure-resistant and deadline-driven.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels.
Proven ability to manage priorities independently and handle confidential information.
High School Diploma or GED required.

Nice To Haves

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Process complex, exception-based invoices in Concur and Dynamics 365 with high-level precision.
Prepare and release vendor payments (ACH, EFT, wire transfers, and checks).
Review weekly AP aging to identify cash flow risks.
Serve as the primary escalation point for vendor and internal inquiries, ensuring professional and timely solutions.
Perform account reconciliations, research discrepancies, and provide critical support for audit requests and month-end/year-end close.
Proactively identify process gaps and assist in implementing modern AP workflows.
Train and provide guidance to AP Coordinators, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
