About The Position
Neighborhood Health Center is seeking a Senior Accountant with a passion for numbers and an affinity for spreadsheets. This role involves interpreting financial data to support decision-making and improve the patient healthcare experience. As a senior accountant at a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC), you will be the finance specialist responsible for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, with a focus on cost management. You will report directly to the Vice President of Finance and collaborate with a team dedicated to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
- 1-5 years of accounting experience
- Attention to detail; organized

Nice To Haves
- CPA preferred
- FQHC or healthcare experience preferred
- Knowledge of Excel, Sage accounting software, UKG, Liberty Pharmacy Software, Verity Pharmacy software, preferred
Responsibilities
- Manages financial data entry and financial report creation
- Manages pharmacy revenue cycle
- Supports payroll and accounts payable responsibilities
- Analyzes and summarizes financial statements
