About The Position

Dana F. Cole & Company, LLP is seeking an active Senior Accountant or CPA to manage a client portfolio and contribute to the growth of its accounting firm. Requirements

Have 2–4 years of audit or tax experience in public accounting.
Demonstrate the ability to manage client relationships and oversee multiple engagements.
Have strong project management and supervisory experience.
Have excellent analytical, research, and communication skills.
Be confident explaining complex financial concepts to clients from diverse backgrounds.

Nice To Haves

An active CPA license.
Farm tax experience.

Responsibilities

Manage and grow a portfolio of clients.
Provide tax and accounting services to individuals, partnerships, corporations, nonprofits, estates, and trusts.
Plan, prepare, and review tax returns.
Meet directly with clients and cultivate strong, lasting relationships.
Deliver a variety of non-attest services.
Oversee and mentor staff, helping develop future leaders within the firm.
