Are you the Senior Account Manager we’re looking for? Our Senior Account Managers take a lead role in communicating and managing a variety of high-priority Creative and Digital products in our Client Success Department alongside our team to produce cohesive marketing campaigns that exceed client goals and wow consumers.

Requirements

  • A proven understanding of our core product line as seen on our website as well as in-depth experience managing digital and/or creative products.
  • An outstanding work ethic with the ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team. They are disciplined to meet deadlines, stay organized, and achieve results.
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
  • A customer service mindset to creatively and effectively manage products from concept to deliverable and the ability to upsell our products and services.
  • The ability to be collaborative, adaptive, and flexible, functioning effectively in a high-growth environment. They have a positive approach to problem solving while balancing multiple projects.

Nice To Haves

  • Marketing experience in our Creative products with an emphasis on websites.
  • Proven experience with paid ad campaigns.
  • Google certifications, a plus.
  • Advanced time and project management experience
  • Asana and Salesforce, a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Managing our highest priority clients’ expectations and timelines through clear communication by aligning customer needs with our industry expertise.
  • Growing and renewing client relationships by building effective and strategic marketing campaigns with customers that include our digital and creative product lines.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive ROI, communicate best practices, and ensure overall client success.
