As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll love coming to work every day if you Get, Want, and have the Capacity to be accountable to the following: LMA – Lead, Manage and hold yourself and others Accountable Client Relationships Organic Growth Budget Control You’ll have success here if you value clear processes and have the capabilities to do the following things: Act as the primary strategic point of contact for cattle-focused animal health clients. Develop a deep understanding of the client’s business, market challenges (e.g., BRD trends, parasite control, sustainability), and competitive landscape. Build long-term partnerships based on trust, transparency, and consistent value delivery. Demonstrated success playing a client-facing, strategic role responsible for leading integrated campaigns across earned, owned and paid channels on behalf of our clients. Excellent presentation, communication and client-management skills. Ability to provide strategic counsel, manage complex stakeholder relationships, anticipate needs and offer recommendations that elevate thinking. Ability to apply best practice communications solutions to client work with a keen eye for detail and excellence. Identify untapped opportunities within your existing portfolio to expand our service offerings. Proactively propose strategic initiatives that align with the client’s long-term business goals. Turn successful campaigns into case studies that drive further investment and brand expansion. Work collaboratively with the AdFarm team, across disciplines, to manage the development of integrated communications plans to be laid out no matter how big or small the project/campaign. Act as the day‑to‑day client contact, ensuring seamless communication between clients and internal teams. Manage large-scale project budgets with precision, ensuring profitability for the agency and ROI for the client. Negotiate and manage third-party vendor contracts related to cattle industry events, research, or production. Foster a positive, solution-oriented and collaborative culture. Continuously stay on top of industry news, issues, technologies and opportunities. Participate in industry events, as needed. Manage budgets, forecasting, billing, scopes, and financial tracking alongside project management teams. Curiosity about or experience in the agricultural sector. In this role, you’ll need to come to the table with the following qualifications: 5+ years in account management within a marketing agency, specifically handling Animal Health (Cattle/Bovine experience is highly preferred). Familiarity with the beef and dairy value chains, including producer pain points and regulatory environments. Exceptional presentation skills and the ability to translate complex technical data into compelling marketing narratives. Mindset: A "get-it-done" attitude with the emotional intelligence to navigate high-stakes client environments. Proven ability to lead and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. Excellent attention to detail, organization and project management. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage budgets. Ability to manage multiple clients and programs simultaneously. Agency experience preferred.
