About The Position

AdFarm, a 40+-year-old agri-marketing business whose PURPOSE is to be a catalyst for the evolution of agriculture. To help agriculture move forward, we are reinforcing the importance of service in how we work and behave—toward our clients, suppliers, connections, and of course, our fellow AdFarmers. We all work together to bridge the gap between producer and consumer. We specialize in Strategic Planning, Creative Services, Public Relations, Media Planning, Marketing Science, Content Creation and Research. Our clients all share a central focus in agriculture and food but range from multi-national corporations to start-ups in seed, crop protection and fertility, agtech, animal health, equipment and more. Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in a creative agency, with a heavy focus on digital/social-first brands.
  • Familiarity with the "agency pace"—juggling multiple clients, tight deadlines, and the occasional "fire drill" with grace.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong Storyboarding Skills for short-form video and motion graphics.
  • A Portfolio that showcases high-level conceptual thinking and a sophisticated eye for typography and layout.
  • A proven track record of managing and growing junior or mid-level designers, helping them sharpen their conceptual skills.
  • Problem-Solver Mentality: You don’t just spot aesthetic issues; you find creative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • A Team player and a critical thinker

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Figma or After Effects is a plus.
  • Curiosity and/or experience with AI creative tools, AR filters, or interactive UI elements.

  • Lead the visual development of 360° integrated campaigns.
  • Translate complex marketing briefs into compelling visual narratives that resonate across digital, print, social, and video platforms.
  • Maintain and evolve the visual identity of our key clients. You’ll ensure every piece of content—from an online video to a quick Instagram Story—is consistent, on-brand, and pushes the boundaries of the client's aesthetic.
  • Act as a creative lead on assigned accounts, supervising and inspiring a team of designers and junior art directors.
  • Provide constructive feedback, foster a collaborative environment, and help "level up" the agency’s overall design output.
  • Partner closely with Copywriters, Creative Directors, and Account Managers to sell through big ideas. You must be able to articulate the "why" behind your visual choices to internal teams and clients with confidence and wit.
  • Direct the visual quality of projects through the entire production lifecycle. This includes selecting and managing external vendors (photographers, illustrators, editors) and attending shoots to ensure the final product matches the original vision
