About The Position

Unity is the world's most widely used real-time 3D platform and a powerful advertising environment in mobile. With a vast reach across thousands of titles, Unity Ads is trusted by major brands and agencies. This role involves owning a portfolio of brand and agency clients across the Central and Eastern US, serving as their primary programmatic partner. It requires deep RTB fluency, operational instincts, and strong relationship skills. The position will leverage Unity Vector (AI-driven advertising platform) and Unity Audience Hub (data platform) and contribute to expanding into CTV, Display, and DOOH.

Requirements

  • Expert-level experience activating and troubleshooting campaigns across major DSPs (The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, StackAdapt, Yahoo, etc.).
  • Understanding of RTB auctions, PMP and PG deal structures and debugging, and delivery breakdown causes.
  • Experience managing books of business exceeding $25MM+.
  • Hands-on experience with trafficking, tag implementation, pixel QA, creative troubleshooting, and impression reconciliation.
  • Ability to move fast without cutting corners and flag discrepancies proactively.
  • Comfort working in large datasets and turning performance data into clear, actionable stories.
  • Proficiency connecting campaign signals (VCR, viewability, brand lift, footfall, ROAS) to brand business objectives across funnel stages.
  • Polished, proactive, and consultative client presence, with experience leading QBRs with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to build trust leading to renewals and expanded investment.
  • Effective communication and prioritization skills to manage a complex book of business without dropping the ball.
  • Ability to triage competing demands, communicate proactively when off-track, and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Sufficient knowledge of English for professional verbal and written exchanges.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing invoicing, credit checks, past-due escalations, and quarter-end revenue actualization in Salesforce or similar tools.
  • Familiarity with Unity's supply, Audience Hub, or other gaming-specific advertising platforms.
  • Experience piloting new measurement or targeting solutions in partnership with third-party vendors (Kantar, Disqo, Samba TV, Adelaide, Foursquare, etc.).
  • Vertical expertise in one or more of Unity's key advertiser categories: Entertainment, QSR, CPG, Retail, or Pharma.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for a book of brand and agency clients across the Central and Eastern US, managing relationships, expectations, and strategic direction across various verticals.
  • Oversee end-to-end programmatic campaign execution across major DSPs, from onboarding and trafficking through pacing, optimization, and wrap reports.
  • Translate client KPIs into precise activation strategies across Managed Service, PMPs, and Programmatic Guaranteed deals.
  • Analyze campaign performance, surface insights, and build client-facing narratives connecting Unity's supply to brand outcomes.
  • Own the diagnosis of delivery issues, pacing discrepancies, PMP/PG deal failures, and third-party verification conflicts, working cross-functionally to resolve them.
  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities within accounts, lead strategic planning, and propose incremental investment.
  • Guide clients on leveraging Unity Audience Hub for targeting strategies.
  • Lead quarterly business reviews, platform training sessions, and reporting readouts, advising clients on format selection.
  • Contribute to workflow improvements, shared playbooks, and internal efficiency efforts, utilizing AI tools to streamline workflows.
