About The Position

As a Senior Account Executive, you have a deep expertise in programmatic CTV and a consultative, solutions-driven sales approach. This role is built for revenue driven Senior Account Executive who thrives in a collaborative and fast-moving environment. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for meeting or exceeding established revenue targets, managing a Hold Co Programmatic sales pipeline, and proactively uncovering new partnership opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the programmatic landscape, including indirect marketplaces and direct 1:1 advertiser/agency strategies. The individual will identify, build, and strengthen relationships with key programmatic leads, act as a trusted advisor, and bring proactive, consultative solutions to clients. Additionally, the Senior Account Executive will act as the programmatic expert internally, collaborating with various teams to align strategies and drive joint initiatives. This role also involves mentoring an AM sales partner, conducting check-ins, and supporting development initiatives to foster team growth. The ideal candidate will be an active participant in internal team calls, bring a positive attitude, and foster collaboration to create an inclusive and motivating environment.

Requirements

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in programmatic advertising, with a focus on CTV
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue goals in a fast-paced sales environment
  • Strong understanding of SSPs, DSPs, direct programmatic advertising/agency strategies and the overall programmatic biddable landscape
  • Proven track record of senior level client and agency relationships.
  • Skilled in consultative selling and long-term client relationship management
  • Effective communicator and collaborator across cross-functional teams
  • Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to team culture
  • Actively engaged in industry trends and thought leadership

Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed established revenue targets on a monthly, quarterly and annual basis.
  • Manage a Hold Co Programmatic sales pipeline -including forecasting, prospecting, pipeline management and reporting
  • Proactively uncover new partnership opportunities
  • Confidently lead conversations about the programmatic landscape, including indirect marketplaces (SSP/DSP Marketplaces) and direct 1:1 advertiser/agency strategies
  • Regularly share programmatic knowledge and marketplace expertise internally and externally to strengthen client strategies and accelerate revenue growth.
  • Identify, build and strengthen relationships with key programmatic leads across your Hold Co to support long-term business growth
  • Act as a trusted advisor and key point of contact both internally and externally.
  • Bring proactive, consultative solutions to your clients by leveraging Paramount’s sales products and delivering strategic insights through QBRs.
  • Act as the programmatic expert, collaborating with internal teams, sales partners, and leadership to align strategies
  • Partner closely with Convergent leadership and Direct teams to exchange insights and drive joint strategies for programmatic first accounts
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings to provide strategic input on performance, partnerships and product offering
  • Work closely with and mentor your AM sales partner with delivering best in class client servicing pre and post sale, including Deal Set Up, Deal Management and Post Campaign QBRs
  • Conduct AM check-ins and support development initiatives to foster team growth, motivation and performance
  • Be an active participant in internal team calls
  • Bring a positive attitude
