As a Senior Account Executive, you have a deep expertise in programmatic CTV and a consultative, solutions-driven sales approach. This role is built for revenue driven Senior Account Executive who thrives in a collaborative and fast-moving environment. The Senior Account Executive will be responsible for meeting or exceeding established revenue targets, managing a Hold Co Programmatic sales pipeline, and proactively uncovering new partnership opportunities. This role requires a strong understanding of the programmatic landscape, including indirect marketplaces and direct 1:1 advertiser/agency strategies. The individual will identify, build, and strengthen relationships with key programmatic leads, act as a trusted advisor, and bring proactive, consultative solutions to clients. Additionally, the Senior Account Executive will act as the programmatic expert internally, collaborating with various teams to align strategies and drive joint initiatives. This role also involves mentoring an AM sales partner, conducting check-ins, and supporting development initiatives to foster team growth. The ideal candidate will be an active participant in internal team calls, bring a positive attitude, and foster collaboration to create an inclusive and motivating environment.
