About The Position

iRely is seeking an experienced software sales professional to expand its presence across the US and drive new business growth. This highly visible role reports to C-level leadership and calls for a strategic, disciplined, relationship-driven consultative seller who can navigate complex, multi-stakeholder sales environments. The Account Executive develops new business opportunities, manages the full sales lifecycle, and grows iRely’s customer base by understanding customers’ business, operational, financial, and technology challenges and presenting relevant solutions. The role is based at iRely’s corporate headquarters in Las Colinas/Irving, Texas, with a hybrid schedule and flextime. Remote work is available for candidates outside the area. The position requires 25% or more travel in the US. The successful candidate builds pipelines and relationships from prospecting through executive discussions, solution demonstrations, RFPs, negotiations, and contract execution.

Requirements

  • At least three years of business sales or software sales experience, including carrying a quota.
  • Experience in B2B software, SaaS, ERP, complex software solutions, and sales.
  • Proven experience selling complex software solutions using a consultative or solution-selling methodology.
  • Demonstrated success generating new business through proactive prospecting, cross-selling, and relationship development.
  • Excellent presentation, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized and self-motivated, with the ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities independently.
  • Ability to develop opportunities, understand complex customer business requirements, sell solutions, and build lasting customer relationships.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with the MEDDPICC sales methodology framework.
  • Background or experience in agriculture, agribusiness, agricultural software, fuel, retail, or logistics.
  • Experience selling ERP, SaaS, or other enterprise business software.

  • Maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified opportunities to meet and exceed sales objectives.
  • Develop strategies for entering new markets, industries, and accounts.
  • Partner with leadership, Product Management, Product Marketing, and Customer Success to align sales strategies with company and product objectives.

  • Collaborate with Product Management, Solution Consultants, Implementation, and technical teams to develop appropriate customer solutions.
  • Manage complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles from prospecting through contract execution.
  • Develop relationships with C-level executives, senior decision makers, and business unit leaders.
  • Manage RFPs, RFIs, proposals, demonstrations, proof-of-concept discussions, pricing, contract negotiations, and procurement processes.
