Senior Account Executive, Investment Sales

Alumni Ventures•Manchester, NH

About The Position

The Senior Account Executive, Investment Sales plays a critical role in Alumni Ventures’ growth by converting prospective investors into first-time AV investors and building the foundation for long-term relationships. Reporting to the EVP of Nurture Marketing within the Investor Conversion Pillar, this role owns inbound and warm prospect conversations from qualification through close and serves as an internal expert on high-quality investor calls. This is a solution-selling role rather than a scripted sales role. The Senior Account Executive identifies each prospect’s motivations and goals for venture exposure, then connects those needs to an appropriate AV offering, such as a syndicate deal, Alumni Fund, Focused Fund, or Foundation Fund. The primary focus is zero-to-one conversion, while establishing trust and understanding that can support a long-term annual-allocation relationship managed by the Relationship Management team. The role also maintains accurate CRM documentation and follow-through, collaborates with Marketing and Nurture teams to improve lead quality and prospect education, contributes to coaching and call-quality practices, and uses AI tools to support research, preparation, and personalized follow-up. Alumni Ventures operates as a five-day-a-week, in-office culture.
