The Senior Account Executive/Membership Manager is a pivotal leadership role within the Marketing, Membership & Sales (MMS) department, responsible for driving the strategic direction and execution of membership growth, retention, and engagement initiatives. This role involves collaborating closely with client teams, internal departments, volunteers, and committees to achieve organizational objectives. The Senior Account Executive/Membership Manager will oversee all aspects of membership planning, membership marketing campaigns, dues management, website optimization, committee engagement, reporting, database utilization, and member analysis for clients. In addition, incorporating trends and best practices from professional and/or trade associations, creating case studies for Kellen corporate, and sharing and implementing ideas. Exceptional attention to detail, outstanding communication skills, and the ability to efficiently manage multiple projects and clients are essential for success in this role.
