About The Position

The Arizona Cardinals are looking for a dedicated and customer-focused Account Manager to join their team. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent experience
  • Proven track record of 1-2 years of service and sales experience, or equivalent
  • A positive commitment to providing exceptional customer service
  • Candidate must have a strong work ethic and desire to build a career in professional sports
  • Ability to stay organized and finish tasks in a timely manner
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays; hours may vary depending on business needs.
  • Must complete all pre-employment forms and successfully pass a background check.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and cultivate relationships across an assigned portfolio of Season Ticket Members, serving as the primary point of contact for account needs while delivering an exceptional member experience.
  • Drive annual retention and renewal efforts through proactive engagement, strategic account planning, and value-driven conversations at games, events, out-of-office meetings, and stadium tours, with a primary focus on member satisfaction and long-term loyalty.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, in-person meetings, and stadium tours with members to understand organizational and personal goals, strengthen relationships, and uncover opportunities for account growth.
  • Utilize member segmentation, engagement data, tenure, and account trends to prioritize outreach efforts, identify at-risk accounts, address concerns and executive retention strategies that maximize retention outcomes.
  • Identify, develop, and close new revenue opportunities within existing accounts, including seat upgrades, additional memberships, premium seating products, group outings, and hospitality experiences.
  • Generate new business opportunities through prospecting, referrals, networking, inbound inquiries, and targeted outreach efforts, while maintaining a primary focus on retention and account growth.
  • Utilize a consultative approach to recommend products and solutions that align with member needs and organizational objectives while maximizing account value.
  • Implement scalable communication and engagement plans that effectively support a high-volume member portfolio while maintaining a personalized experience for key accounts.
  • Meet or exceed established goals related to retention, account growth, revenue generation, and new business development.
  • Utilize CRM systems to document member interactions, sales activities, pipeline progression, and account growth strategies.
  • Represent the organization at games, events, networking functions, and community engagements to strengthen relationships and generate new business opportunities.
  • Perform Game / Event requirements as needed.
  • Other duties as assigned.
