About The Position

We are seeking a results-driven SEM Specialist with hands-on experience in Google Ads to join a fast-growing performance marketing agency. This role is ideal for someone passionate about digital advertising and e-commerce growth, with the ability to manage client relationships, execute campaigns, and develop data-driven strategies. You will take ownership of a portfolio of e-commerce clients, driving performance through Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns while collaborating with an experienced and high-performing team.

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience managing Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge of Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Experience working with e-commerce or DTC brands preferred.
  • Understanding of product feeds and feed optimization basics.
  • Strategic mindset with strong commercial awareness.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Excellent communication and client management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to take ownership of results.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with YouTube Ads.
  • Previous agency experience managing multiple client accounts.
  • Experience using Slack, Asana, Looker Studio, and Google Tag Manager.
  • Familiarity with feed management tools such as Channable or DataFeedWatch.
  • Knowledge of Google Ads Scripts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage Google Ads accounts for e-commerce and DTC brands on a daily basis.
  • Plan, launch, optimize, and scale Search, Shopping, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
  • Develop and execute account strategies focused on growth and return on ad spend.
  • Build campaigns from scratch and continuously improve performance.
  • Monitor product feeds and support feed optimization initiatives.
  • Analyze campaign data and identify performance opportunities.
  • Prepare reports and present results during client meetings.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients through Slack, email, and meetings.
  • Collaborate with internal team members to improve client strategies and outcomes.
  • Stay updated on Google Ads platform changes, trends, and best practices.
