About The Position

As a Selling Advisor specializing in designer handbags, you will build client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional service, and personal engagement, becoming a trusted style confidante. You will serve clients both in the store and digitally, using current technology for outreach and sales. You should be able to discuss fashion and trends knowledgeably in person and online. This position is onsite and reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

Motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
Commission sales experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, and improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
Showcase products differently for remote and in-person clients.
Use selling tools and digital store technology, omni-channel capabilities, and fleetwide inventory to sell.
Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
Develop strategies to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology use.
Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
Contribute to a positive work environment through collaboration.
