About The Position

Neiman Marcus is hiring a Selling Advisor specializing in handbags. The advisor cultivates client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement, serving as a trusted style confidante. The role serves customers both in store and digitally, using technology for outreach and selling, and requires authoritative knowledge of fashion and trends. This position is onsite at the specified location and reports to the Sales Manager.

Requirements

• Motivation and ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools.
• Styling, fashion, and fashion retail experience.
• Commission sales experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality.
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge, and improve sales through technology and wardrobing.
• Showcase products appropriately for remote and in-person clients.
• Use selling tools and digital store technology, including omnichannel and fleetwide inventory, to sell.
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals.
• Strategize to increase individual productivity through wardrobing, successful outreach, and technology usage.
• Use digital tools and social media to connect with clients and guide intentional traffic.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through collaboration.
