About The Position

The Segment Marketing Manager supports the Public Sector Marketing team by driving consistent, high-quality lead flow to enable sales pipeline development and revenue outcomes. This role plays a critical part in ensuring outbound marketing efforts translate into actionable opportunities for Sales Development Representatives (SDRs). This individual is responsible for executing and optimizing outbound lead generation programs, partnering closely with Sales and Revenue Operations to monitor performance, identify gaps, and resolve lead flow issues. They track campaign effectiveness, analyze forecast versus actual performance, and proactively adjust strategies to maintain alignment with business targets. In addition, this role manages the development and delivery of campaign collateral, working cross-functionally with internal stakeholders and creative teams to ensure messaging is aligned, timely, and effective. The Segment Marketing Manager serves as a key connector between Marketing, Sales, and RevOps, ensuring seamless execution from campaign launch through lead follow-up. The ideal candidate has experience in B2B marketing, with public sector experience as a plus. They bring strong project management skills, are comfortable working cross-functionally, and have experience supporting outbound marketing programs and lead lifecycle management. Familiarity with Salesforce, campaign tracking, and performance reporting is preferred, along with strong writing and editing capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 3 years of related work experience OR advanced degree with 1 year of related work experience OR combination of education and experience deemed equivalent (Required)
  • 4-7 years Marketing experience.
  • 4-7 years Experience in one or more of the following categories: B2B Marketing, Public Sector Marketing, Sales Marketing, Salesforce Campaign Management
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States

Responsibilities

  • Designs, executes, and optimizes outbound marketing campaigns that deliver qualified leads and enable SDRs to consistently generate pipeline.
  • Developing sales collateral in partnership with segment marketing managers and agency design teams.
  • Other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed.
