About The Position

The Security Supervisor oversees hotel security operations and manages a team of security personnel, helping maintain a safe, secure, and welcoming environment for guests and team members. The role calls for proactive leadership, attention to detail, strong communication, and the ability to handle challenging situations while maintaining high security standards and delivering exceptional service.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of prior supervisory experience in security or law enforcement; hotel experience preferred.
• CPR certification.
• Strong investigation and incident report-writing skills.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common technical data.
• Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Office, for budgeting, payroll, and communications.
• Demonstrated ability to lead, direct, and motivate staff.
• Knowledge of fire, security, and keyless access systems.
• Physical ability to perform grasping, extensive walking, repetitive motions, bending, and climbing; listening, smelling, and visual acuity are also required.
