About The Position

The Security Site Supervisor oversees daily security operations at an assigned site, ensuring personnel perform their duties in accordance with DSI policies, client requirements, and post instructions. The role calls for strong leadership, professionalism, and a hands-on approach to site management. Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
1–3 years of supervisory experience in the security field.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Reliable transportation and means of communication.
Basic to intermediate computer skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to perform routine foot patrols, moderate lifting, and work in all weather conditions.
Must meet all pre-employment requirements.
Security licensing as required by state, county, or local regulations.
Required screenings include a criminal background check, motor vehicle screening, and drug screen.

Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations of assigned security personnel.
Assign patrol areas and monitor officer performance.
Train, mentor, and support new and existing security staff.
Enforce compliance with security protocols, post instructions, and safety policies.
Maintain a safe and secure environment for clients, employees, and visitors.
Observe, correct, and report hazards, incidents, and security concerns.
Ensure adherence to DSI and client-specific requirements.
Participate in required training and follow DSI safety procedures and manuals.
Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
Complete required reports and documentation accurately and in a timely manner.
