About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring for a tactical security role at a site in Kansas City, Missouri. The position involves patrolling sensitive environments, observing and anticipating potential risks, controlling access to secure areas, responding to alarms and incidents, and protecting people and property. Employees must be able to stand and walk throughout the shift. The schedule is full-time, Friday through Tuesday, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. The hourly wage is $20.57. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Be able to provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to stand and walk for the entire shift.
• Hold a state license if required.
• Successfully complete a background check and drug screening after an offer of employment is extended.

Nice To Haves

• First aid certification is an asset.
• Security, military, or law enforcement experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Patrol sensitive areas to identify suspicious activity.
• Verify identities and control access to secure areas.
• React quickly to threats or incidents.
• Check the proper functioning of alarms and cameras.
• Document incidents and actions taken.
• Respond to alarms and conduct on-site checks.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious incidents.
