About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Security Site Supervisor in Franklin, Indiana. The role varies by day and special event and may involve customer service, patrols, and surveillance, requiring the ability to adapt to changing situations. The supervisor helps protect people and property by monitoring the premises, controlling access, responding to incidents, and working with authorities when necessary.

This is a full-time, second-shift position with a set schedule of Monday through Friday, 6 PM to 2 AM. The pay is $23 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Be able to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive and strong problem-solving skills.
