About The Position

Secureone Security Services is seeking a Site Supervisor to supervise security operations at an assigned site. The role includes inspecting officers, providing site support, and assisting the branch with training and operational needs. The Site Supervisor manages, motivates, coaches, and evaluates assigned staff; supports policy and procedure development; and helps establish controls for patrol and alarm response activities. The position also involves responding to incidents, coordinating appropriate responses and notifications, reviewing site operations for improvement and profitability, and communicating effectively with company management, officers, and clients.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 21 years of age.
• Ability to attend scheduled supervisory or managerial meetings monthly and quarterly.
• Valid driver's license.
• Valid security license required by the state of application, maintained in active status and carried while on duty.
• At least 2–3 years of progressive security experience.
• Successful completion of a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively across organizational levels and with client operations.
• Conceptual and critical thinking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to present ideas clearly and compellingly.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and manage successful business relationships.
• Strong personal presence, credibility, and high integrity.

Nice To Haves

• 3 or more years of security experience.
• 2–3 or more years of supervisory or managerial experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction to assigned site/account officers and assist with areas of responsibility as needed.
• Provide site support and inspect assigned personnel.
• Manage, motivate, coach, and formally evaluate assigned staff and officers.
• Assist in developing and implementing tools to measure efficiency, accuracy, timeliness, and costs and benefits within areas of responsibility.
• Recommend the creation, modification, and updating of site policies, procedures, standards, and guidelines.
• Assist in developing and implementing controls for accurate and timely patrol and alarm response activities.
• Respond to site incidents, proactively and when requested by company managers, supervisors, assigned agents or officers, and clients.
• Coordinate appropriate incident responses and internal notifications.
• Continually review site/account operations for opportunities to improve and increase profitability.
• Communicate with office management to resolve potential issues, concerns, or threats at the assigned site/account.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
