About The Position

The Security Site Supervisor (SS) will perform onsite supervision of a group of guards or a specific sector or function of the guard program.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Be a U.S. citizen.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English proficiently.
• Be able to pass the medical and physical requirements outlined in the contract.
• Meet all standards as required by the contract.
• Have a clean driving record with a valid driver’s license.
• Obtain and hold a Secret Security Clearance.
• Must possess a minimum of six (6) years of experience as a military officer or NCO (at E-6 or above or equivalent), or equivalent law enforcement/armed commercial guard force supervisory experience.
• This experience must include physical security, defense, access control, and force protection.
• All candidates will be required to complete a pre-employment medical and physical examination, drug screen, and psychological examination.
• Additionally, all candidates will be required to complete a paid pre-deployment training course.

Nice To Haves

• Preferred experience as a WPSIII/WPSII Site Supervisor (SS), Complex Supervisor (CS), Guard Shift Supervisor (GSS), and/or Guard Force Commander (GFC)

Responsibilities

• Ensure all assigned guard posts are staffed, monitoring performance of assigned guard force personnel.
• Ensure that all guard personnel are aware of and abide by all post and general orders.
