About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Surveillance Security Site Lead in Memphis, Tennessee. The role involves monitoring surveillance and security systems to identify suspicious activity and potential threats, supervising site officers, and helping protect people and property. The site may include environments such as security operations centers, call centers, or parking gatehouses. The position requires open availability for first, second, and third shifts. The hourly wage is $21. A uniform is provided at no cost, and career growth opportunities are available at GardaWorld.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have strong report-writing skills.
• Have sharp visual activity and exceptional concentration skills.
• Have strong proficiency with technology.
• Hold a state security license if required; a Tennessee security license is required for this position.
• Have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Monitor security systems to detect suspicious activity.
• Supervise officers assigned to the site.
• Document observed events and incidents and write detailed reports.
• Respond quickly to incidents or potential threats.
• Conduct regular patrols to help ensure premises safety.
• Control access to secure areas and verify visitors’ identities.
• Analyze security systems to identify potential vulnerabilities or malfunctions.
• Collaborate with law enforcement during serious situations or emergencies.
• Help ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
