About The Position

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services during an assigned shift at a customer site. The supervisor serves as a liaison among the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and security officers. The role includes supervising staff and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range. The position is listed at $27.77 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels and the general public.
• Use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• For driving positions, have a valid driver's license, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record meeting the stated criteria, insurance meeting Company policy, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test; a driver record check may also be required.
• Have intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Handle common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
