About The Position

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate quality services during an assigned shift at a customer site. The supervisor serves as a liaison among the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. The role includes supervising staff on the assigned shift and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels and the general public.
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Ability to prepare written reports and logs frequently, using neat, legible handwriting.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Licensing requirements may apply under state or local laws and regulations and may be required before employment.
• For driving positions: valid driver’s license, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record meeting the stated standards, insurance at the level required by company policy, and ability to safely operate a vehicle.
• Must successfully complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test; a driver’s record check may also be required.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Ability to handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
