About The Position

Allied Universal Services is hiring a Security Shift Supervisor for a construction assignment. The supervisor oversees and coordinates quality service delivery during an assigned shift at a customer site, serves as a liaison among the site supervisor, Account Manager/Field Operations Manager, and security officers, and supervises staff by providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within approved empowerment limits. The listed pay rate is $24.00 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with personnel at all levels and the general public.
• Be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Be able to prepare written reports and logs frequently in neat, legible handwriting.
• Be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Meet any licensing requirements imposed by state or local laws and regulations; licensing may be required before employment.
• For driving positions, have a valid driver's license and at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record meeting the stated limits, the minimum insurance required by company policy, and the ability to operate a vehicle safely.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test; a driver's record check may also be required.
• Have intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Be able to handle common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities
