About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a full-time Patrol Unarmed Security Officer for Luxury Insurance Corporation in Greenwich, Connecticut. The officer will safeguard clients by monitoring and patrolling assigned areas, maintaining a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents, responding to concerns, and supporting a welcoming environment. The role involves professional communication with employees and visitors and providing exceptional customer service. Work conditions may vary by client site. The schedule is Monday through Friday, 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM. The pay rate is $23.23 per hour.

Requirements

At least 2 years of security-related experience.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
Applicants are subject to a background investigation in accordance with applicable laws.
Applicants are subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Nice To Haves

A state-, county-, or city-issued security license is preferred.
Customer service experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies, and participate in emergency response activities when appropriate.
Respond to incidents and critical situations calmly and with a problem-solving approach.
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and its perimeter.
Maintain a visible presence to help deter security-related incidents.
Communicate professionally with employees and visitors and help provide a welcoming environment.
