About The Position

Allied Universal Services is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate quality services during an assigned shift at a customer site. The supervisor acts as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. Responsibilities also include supervising staff on the assigned shift and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range. The listed pay is $18 per hour.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have five years of verifiable experience.
• Have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the general public.
• Be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Meet applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test; a driving-record check may also be required.
• Have intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Be able to handle common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• For driving positions, possess a valid driver's license, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record under the stated criteria, the minimum insurance required by company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities
