About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a part-time, unarmed Security Shift Supervisor in Burbank, California, at a pay rate of $21.75 per hour. Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Have a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to deal professionally with all levels of personnel and the general public.
• Use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting.
• Read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test; a driver's record check may also be required.
• Have intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Handle common and crisis situations calmly and efficiently.
• Demonstrate exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• For driving positions: possess a valid driver's license, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record meeting the stated criteria, the minimum insurance required by company policy, and the ability to safely operate a vehicle.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on an assigned shift at a customer site.
