About The Position

Allied Universal is hiring a Professional Security Shift Supervisor in Olive Branch, Mississippi. The Shift Security Supervisor supervises and coordinates the delivery of quality services on an assigned customer site during a specific shift. The role serves as a liaison among the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. The supervisor oversees staff on the assigned shift and provides coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range. The stated pay is $18.00 per hour, and the shift is 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• At least one year of security experience and supervisory experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to interact professionally with all levels of personnel and the general public.
• Ability to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Ability to frequently prepare neat, legible written reports and logs.
• Ability to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Intermediate computer skills to use wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Ability to handle common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
• Successfully complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• For driving positions: valid driver's license, at least one year of driving experience, a clean driving record meeting company criteria, required minimum insurance, and ability to safely operate a vehicle.

Responsibilities
