About The Position

Allied Universal Services is seeking a Security Shift Supervisor to supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer site. The supervisor serves as a liaison between the site supervisor, Account Manager or Field Operations Manager, and professional security officers. The role includes supervising staff on the assigned shift and providing coaching, recognition, and discipline within the approved empowerment range.

The position is located in Palmetto, Georgia, and pays $26.75 per hour. The listed schedule is Friday and Saturday from 0500 to 1300 and Sunday and Monday from 1400 to 2200. Allied Universal also offers DailyPay and weekly pay options.

Requirements

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or have 5 years of verifiable experience.
• Have effective written and oral communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to deal professionally and effectively with all levels of personnel and the general public.
• Be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines.
• Be able to prepare written reports and logs frequently in neat, legible handwriting.
• Be able to read and understand operating procedures and instructions.
• Meet any applicable state or local licensing requirements, which may be required before employment.
• Complete a background investigation and post-offer/pre-employment drug and alcohol test; a driver record check may also be required.
• Have intermediate computer skills to use innovative wireless technology at client-specific sites.
• Be able to handle common and crisis situations at the client site calmly and efficiently.
• Display exceptional customer service and communication skills.
