SECURITY SHIFT MANAGER
About The Position
This role assists in maintaining the efficient overall operation of the Security Department, which includes Investigations and the Fire Command Center. The Security Shift Manager implements systems to ensure compliance with CCC and DGE Rules and regulations, and is responsible for the efficient and effective operations of the Security Department. This position identifies and controls risks and threats to the safety and assets of the company and its patrons and employees. Key responsibilities include scheduling, training, and supervising Security staff, as well as detaining persons involved in illegal activities, conducting investigations, and working with law enforcement officials to ensure resolution. The role also involves promoting positive public relations and performing other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- College degree, may substitute additional experience for degree.
- Strong computer skills.
- Minimum one (1) year Security management experience in a high volume casino complex environment or related supervisory / managerial experience in similar field.
- Valid New Jersey Driver’s License, excellent driving record & ability to operate a motor vehicle.
- Ability to perform essential functions of the position, with or without reasonable accommodations.
