About The Position

Responsible for providing guidance and daily supervision to staff in the department. Supports and administers operational goals and monitors achievements of performance and profit objectives. Maintain, through supervision and direct observation, a continuous awareness of all property activity. Respond appropriately to any incidents and or service needs. Adheres to scheduling and coordinates with shift manager any scheduling concerns, with attention to guest satisfaction. Conduct regular security post inspections Ensure security team members adhere to uniform dress and grooming standards consistent with department and company standards. Transfers Table Games fills and credits. Prepare security incident reports and maintain security logs. Maintain all current information on cheats, thieves, vagrants, etc. to ensure the protection of company assets, patrons, and employees; develops and maintains communications with law enforcement agencies and security personnel of other casinos to relay security information. Resolve guest complaints and ensures that all areas of guest service are adhered to. Provide support to other departmental management in the event of troublesome terminations, thefts, investigations, and procedures as requested. Ensure that all proper procedures for Games Department are correctly implemented and maintained, i.e., fills, credits, transfers, pit boxes, drops, etc. Promote a safe and secure working environment. In the absence of the shift manager, The security assistant manager will oversee of all emergencies on property. The security assistant manager will be responsible to see that all emergencies are drilled quarterly and documented. The security assistant manager will work in conjunction with the facilities manager and facilities technicians on all property emergencies and drills. All employees will take part in the drill exercises to guarantee that all staff members know what to do in any emergency to safeguard the safety and security of our patrons, team members, and assets.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 21 years of age.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a valid gaming license.
  • Must be able to maintain a valid Driver’s License.
  • Demonstrated supervisor experience preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of customer service and security experience.
  • Must possess excellent writing skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
