About The Position

Titan Security is hiring Security Patrol Officers for an industrial location in Cleveland, Ohio. Officers help secure the property by managing access, conducting foot and vehicle patrols, monitoring cameras, maintaining records, and responding to incidents. They are expected to provide excellent customer service while on duty.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
Valid driver's license.
High school diploma or GED.
Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
Ability to stand, sit, and walk for extended periods.
Ability to obtain an Ohio Guard Card.
Ability to obtain a TWIC Card.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in security dispatching is preferred.
NRC Certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

Control plant access through gate operations and verify credentials of employees, contractors, and visitors.
Check vehicle passes and verify that vehicles are permitted on the property.
Review semi-truck paperwork and direct trucks to the proper gate.
Understand and follow Maritime Security (Marsec) procedures, including conducting Marsec vehicle inspections.
Conduct general foot and vehicle patrols to identify security violations, unsafe conditions, or unauthorized persons.
Control access for patrons, visitors, or vendors as required.
Monitor security cameras and patrol to deter theft and maintain a safe environment.
Maintain clear, accurate logs concerning people and property, including packages.
Respond to property incidents and emergencies, and record incident information for building and Titan Security management.
Provide excellent customer service to people encountered while on duty.
Perform other duties as assigned.
