As a Security Patrol Officer for Shopping Center in Pico Rivera, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries. As an Unarmed Patrol Officer with Allied Universal, you will conduct routine patrols across the location, remain visible to help deter security-related incidents, and support a welcoming environment through strong customer service and communication. This is a driving post requiring a valid driver's license, offering the opportunity to stay active, respond to evolving needs, and represent a team that is agile, reliable, innovative, and rooted in integrity.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the location and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
