Join Allied Universal as an unarmed driving patrol officer at a busy retail location, where you will conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help discourage security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. This role is ideal for someone who values teamwork, integrity, and a people-first culture while supporting a welcoming environment for shoppers, tenants, and staff.

Requirements

• A valid driver’s license is required for this driving position in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to pass a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Ability to pass a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Ability to meet state and/or local licensing requirements prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and staff by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities within a retail location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, and problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and communicating with site contacts as needed.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout storefronts, common areas, parking areas, and the perimeter to help identify unusual activity and/or potential security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and high-traffic areas, assisting with crowd observation, visitor interactions, and/or policy compliance during normal business hours and special events.
• Support retail operations by reporting hazards, maintenance concerns, suspicious behavior, and/or policy violations to appropriate personnel in a timely manner.
