As a Security Officer Patrol Driver Residential Homes in Irvine, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Residential, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer at a residential community, you will conduct routine vehicle and foot patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, respond to security-related concerns, and provide courteous service to residents and visitors. Requirements

  • Have at least two years of security-related experience.
  • A valid driver’s license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
  • Be at least 21 years of age.
  • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
  • As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
  • Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
  • A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.

Nice To Haves

  • Customer service experience is preferred.
  • Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service to residents, guests, and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, community policies, and appropriate emergency response activities.
  • Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout residential neighborhoods, common areas, amenities, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or property concerns.
  • Respond to incidents, resident concerns, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following site-specific protocols.
  • Monitor access points and community activity, verify visitor or contractor authorization when applicable, and document observations and incidents in accordance with site procedures.
  • Communicate professionally with residents, property staff, law enforcement, and emergency personnel as needed.
