About The Position

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team. This is a pivotal role where you will serve as the primary point of contact for our "hard sites," ensuring seamless operations and exceptional service.

Requirements

  • Extensive supervisory experience with a demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and manage teams effectively.
  • Advanced skills in various programs such as Excel, PowerPoint, etc., are required, along with fast & accurate typing capabilities, & exceptional report writing skills.
  • Fluent in English (written and verbal) with the ability to build great professional relationships and interact confidently with clients and staff.
  • Highly organized, exceptionally punctual, and reliable under pressure.
  • A strong commitment to providing excellent, service-oriented support.
  • Must maintain open availability to meet the demands of event scheduling.

Responsibilities

  • Leading staff, scheduling security personnel, and managing the planning and execution of events and shows for both hard sites & the OCCC.
  • Managing final billing post-event; a strong aptitude for numbers and attention to detail is essential.
  • Mentoring and guiding staff while maintaining a high standard of accountability and reliability.
