Supervisor, Security Operations
About The Position
The Supervisor, Security Operations is responsible for overseeing security activities during their assigned shift. This includes supervising the Security Operations Center (SOC) and its staff, providing immediate response to all security-related incidents or other emergency situations that occur on airport property. The role involves coordinating Security Incident Management and ensuring the routine enforcement and operational needs of the Airport Security Program (ASP) are met. The supervisor must confirm that all security issues are addressed appropriately and in a timely manner. Additionally, this position serves as the Security Incident Liaison, interacting with federal agencies, other GOAA departments, law enforcement, and various outside agencies. The supervisor is empowered to make immediate decisions necessary to maintain the security of the airport.
