About The Position

The Security Operations Supervisor works as a uniformed security supervisor and operations assistant, helping manage day-to-day patrol operations. The role is split approximately 50% between field work and 50% in the Securitech office, supporting field and general operations. The supervisor works closely with the Director of Operations. The position is a day shift, typically eight hours Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and weekend work as needed, and on-call availability as needed. Pay is $40.00–$45.00 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications (DOE).

Requirements

• Strong supervisory background in the security industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong computer and technology skills.
• Experience in training and employee oversight or supervision.
• Valid California driver's license with an excellent DMV record.
• Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
• Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, scanning documents, and other administrative duties.
• Valid California guard card.
• High school diploma.
• Availability for occasional overtime and weekends as needed.
• Availability for on-call responsibility as needed.

Responsibilities
