About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer for a site in Tracy, California. This Special Response/Flex role varies by day and special event and may involve customer service, patrols, or surveillance. The officer must adapt to changing assignments and situations. Availability for all shifts is required because shifts may vary. The position pays $22.50 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Have at least one year of security experience in a warehouse or distribution center.
• Have a valid driver's license.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have responsive, strong problem-solving skills.
• Hold a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and have completed an additional 32 hours of BSIS security training; additional security training may be obtained during the hiring process.
