About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer to provide security across sites in Plainfield, Montville, and Gales Ferry, Connecticut. Duties may vary by day and special event and can include customer service, patrols, surveillance, and responding to incidents. The role requires adaptability and availability for an on-call schedule, including weekends and overnight shifts. Candidates must have a clean motor vehicle record, a driver’s license, a Connecticut Guard Card, and a TWIC card.

The position offers an hourly wage of $23.00, with DailyPay available to employees. Uniforms are provided at no cost. Employment is contingent on successfully completing a background check and drug screening after an offer is extended.

Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Have a clean motor vehicle record and a valid driver’s license.
• Have a Connecticut Guard Card and TWIC card.
• Be available for on-call work, including weekends and overnight shifts.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Demonstrate responsiveness and strong problem-solving skills.
