About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Response Security Officer to provide security services at locations in Plainfield, Montville, and Gales Ferry, Connecticut. Duties vary by day and special event and may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance. Officers must adapt to changing assignments and situations. The posting lists a flex-officer schedule requiring weekend and overnight availability on a per-diem basis, and an SRO on-call schedule requiring open availability.

The position pays $23.00 per hour. A uniform is provided at no cost. Requirements

• Be authorized to work in the United States.
• Provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• Pass an extensive screening process.
• Think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Have strong responsiveness and problem-solving skills.
• Have a clean motor vehicle record and a driver's license.
• Hold a Connecticut Guard Card and a TWIC Card.
