About The Position

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a casual Response Security Officer for flex/special response assignments in Tracy, California. The work varies by day and special event and may include customer service, patrols, and surveillance. Officers must adapt to changing assignments while helping protect people and property. Availability for all shifts is required because shifts may vary.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must provide documentation of a high school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of security experience in a warehouse or distribution center is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing situations.
• Responsive, with strong problem-solving skills.
• Must have a state security license (BSIS Guard Card) and an additional 32 hours of BSIS security training; additional training may be obtained during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Monitor premises to ensure security.
