About The Position

The Security Officer Flex helps maintain a safe and secure environment for clients by monitoring premises, controlling access, and patrolling a variety of locations. The officer preserves order by enforcing regulations and directives at client sites concerning personnel, visitors, and the surrounding area.

The role involves resolving conflicts and de-escalating situations, interacting frequently with client employees and guests, identifying and reporting safety issues, hazardous conditions, or suspicious activity, and ensuring post orders and assigned rounds are completed. The officer provides customer service and information, uses technology devices throughout the shift, conducts property tours, and performs other duties of a similar nature and scope as required at the assigned site.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Above-average computer and technology skills.
• Excellent customer service and team leadership skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Ability to remain calm and professional during stressful situations.
• Great attention to detail and ability to remain vigilant throughout the shift.
• Professional demeanor.
• Ability to respond to emergencies with rapid, effective judgment and appropriate escalation.
• Willingness to participate in the company's pre-employment screening process, including a drug screen and background investigation.
• Nevada driver's license required.
• Nevada Guard Card required.

Responsibilities
